Ein neues Urteil (VB.2020.00746) des Zürcher Verwaltungsgericht bestätigt, dass Preise von Read & Publish Agreements auf Nachfrage öffentlich gemacht werden müssen, da sie keine objektiv schützenswerte Geschäftsgeheimnisse darstellen. Allerdings soll das nur für die Universität Zürich gelten, und nicht für alle Vertragsteilnehmer gleichermassen.

In this week’s post we’re highlighting Cecilia Rozemblum, a PhD student in the ScholCommLab based at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP), Argentina. With two degrees under her belt already—one in librarianship and documentation—she’s excited to be almost done her third.
