This month, we released ShareYourPaper.org for Libraries. Leila Sterman co-designed ShareYourPaper.org and the version for libraries as the Scholarly Communication Librarian and an Assistant Professor at Montana State University Library. As 2020 came to an end, Jake Orlowitz caught up with her. How did you get started in librarianship? What's your current role? It was a meandering path to scholcomm.

After an extensive competitive search, we’re proud to announce that cOAlition S, an international consortium of research funders working towards making full and immediate Open Access a reality, has chosen Shareyourpaper.org Permissions to supply self-archiving policy data for their new Plan S Journal Checker Tool. Shareyourpaper.org Permissions is our new open source automated permissions checking system.
