Meanwhile, according to the New York Times, “at least 4,367 new coronavirus deaths and 184,754 new cases were reported in the United States on Jan. 20. Over the past week, there has been an average of 194,754 cases per day, a decrease of 16 percent from the average two weeks earlier. As of Thursday morning, more than 24,496,000 people in the United States have been infected with the coronavirus according to a New York Times database.”
