We only cover blogs that write about science, and where the full-text content is made available via RSS feed and distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.
Yes. We accept blogs about all forms of scholarship. The term "science" is used in the broadest sense.
Rogue Scholar supports English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Slovenian, Italian,Portuguese, Turkish, Czech and Swedish. Additional languages will be added based on user requests.
We harvest your content and metadata using your Atom feed, or a feed in another supported format such as RSS or JSON Feed.
You need to provide the full post content via your RSS feed so that we can implement archiving and full-text search. Most blogging platforms offer a setting to include full content in the feed.
Rogue Scholar does not accept blog posts that are primarily or entirely generated by AI (artificial intelligence). While we recognize the value of AI tools to assist in the writing process, authorship is a human endeavor, and we require that all content be authored and signed off by human scholars. We encourage authors to use AI tools responsibly and ethically, and to always provide proper attribution for any AI-generated content they may use in their blogs.
