Biography

Born in Dodge City, Kansas. Grew up in north-central Oklahoma. BS (1997) and MS (2001) from University of Oklahoma, PhD from Berkeley (2007). Instructor at UC Merced in 2007-2008. Currently in Dept. of Anatomy at Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, CA - assistant prof from 2008 to 2014, associate prof 2014-present. Also serve as a Contributing Editor to Sky & Telescope magazine 2016-present.
