Biography
Biography
I'm the Founder Director of SCIN Data Lab and Distinguished Principal Professor (Tenured) at Universidad del Rosario, Colombia. I’m curious about how information works in science and society at large. My interdisciplinary and intellectual journey—with degrees in Engineering (PhD), Development Studies (MSc), and International Business Management (BA)— has triggered me to work on problems in how society instruments science, technology, and innovation.
