PKP and Crossref Present: OJS 3.5 Features and Upgrading Webinar Series
Creators & Contributors

PKP in collaboration with Crossref invites you to the OJS 3.5 Features and Upgrading Webinar Series with events in English, Spanish, French, and Indonesian, starting June 2026 through 2027.
PKP and Crossref are partners in bringing you an improved OJS experience and better support for metadata registration workflows, along with community upgrading resources to help meet these objectives, and more.
Thousands of Crossref members use OJS to register their metadata. OJS upgrading is a key part of how journals maintain interoperability (check this blog post for interoperability tips) with the broader scholarly communications nexus, including supporting better metadata and improving global reach and discoverability, as well as meeting growing expectations around usability, institutional reporting, quality, and trust.
Therefore, PKP and Crossref are pleased to bring you this free OJS 3.5 Features, User Enhancements, and Upgrading Webinar Series with step by step demonstrations in multiple languages.
In case you don't know, when we refer to OJS upgrades, we are also referring to Open Monograph Press (OMP), and Open Preprint Systems (OPS), as PKP's software suite shares the same code base.
